These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlph64 ("jlph64," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlph64.org and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jlph64 platform — including but not limited to the casino, sports betting, slots, bingo, and live dealer products — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jlph64's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jlph64 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlph64 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. jlph64 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify jlph64 of unauthorized access.

jlph64 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by PAGCOR or applicable law. In cases of suspected fraud, jlph64 may freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice.

jlph64 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued gameplay. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC verification.

As part of KYC verification, jlph64 may request the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months).

jlph64 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. jlph64 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

jlph64 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform's cashier page. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier. Deposits are credited to your jlph64 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.

jlph64 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other persons will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, minimum withdrawal amounts, and processing times as displayed in the cashier. jlph64 aims to process GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval, though processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jlph64 account. jlph64 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal and to delay or decline withdrawals where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

All transactions on the jlph64 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. jlph64 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

jlph64 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. jlph64 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not claimed or wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• jlph64 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players must opt in to bonuses where required; jlph64 will not automatically apply bonuses without player consent.

All games available on the jlph64 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All slot and virtual game outcomes on jlph64 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. jlph64 does not manipulate game outcomes and all games are independently certified for fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, jlph64 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. jlph64's decision in such matters is final. Winnings resulting from a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, game display errors, or software bugs — are void and will not be paid.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jlph64 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players who attempt to place wagers exceeding the stated maximum will have their wager reduced to the maximum permitted amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlph64 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one jlph64 account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live dealer games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in connection with sports betting markets on jlph64.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jlph64 platform, software, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlph64 staff or other players through any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlph64 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jlph64 platform without prior written consent from jlph64.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlph64 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlph64 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jlph64's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlph64 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jlph64 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

jlph64's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the jlph64 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jlph64 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

jlph64 may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other regulatory and law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of jlph64's privacy obligations to you.

jlph64 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jlph64 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required by PAGCOR or applicable law.

You may close your jlph64 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after account closure.

jlph64 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlph64 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
